Nile Goings rocked the first pitch of the inning to left center field. Two pitches later, Weeks tallied a double to right field, putting runners on second and third. A balk by the hurler allowed each runner to trot ahead by 90 feet, making it 9-4. Luke Westerberg came in as a pinch hitter and hit a sacrifice fly to right field, plating Weeks for a 9-5 score.

USC Aiken got things going in the ninth. With one down, Weeks singled to center field and moved to second when Tyler Ammerman singled. Charles Padilla singled to center and Weeks scored on the play.
