ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team lost a 2-0 decision at Peach Belt Conference foe Flagler Wednesday evening.
The Pacers are now 3-5-1 on the season and 1-2 in league play.

Ike Ofoje's team got things going in the fifth minute when
Driss Baraket's shot rocketed toward the frame, but it hit the post. Jorvel Tobierre registered an attempt that was saved in the 11
th minute of action. Despite several more attempts in the opening period, the teams went into intermission scoreless.
Baraket nearly broke the draw in the 55
th minute, but his was thwarted at the last minute.
Flagler broke through with what turned out to be the game-winning goal in the 63
rd minute and added another goal in the 72
nd minute of action. However, the Pacers would not give up.
Roberto Biendicho's shot at the 76:20 mark sailed just wide of the frame.
Thomas Jorgensen sent an attempt high in the 83
rd minute and hit the post in the 85
th minute, but USC Aiken was unable to get onto the scoreboard.
USC Aiken held a 10-6 advantage in shots, including a 3-2 margin on goal. Ofoje's team had eight corner kicks compare to six by the Saints.
