DAHLONEGA, Ga. – The No. 6 University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer team played at No. 3 North Georgia in the first round of the PBC Tournament Tuesday and fell by a 4-0 score.

The Pacers conclude their season with a 4-10-2 record.

The home squad jumped on top with three goals in the first 21:33, but head coach Ike Ofoje's team continued to push forward.

Guiseppe Cimino registered the team's first shot a minute later, but it was blocked. Samuel Andrews registered a shot in the 36^th minute, but it sailed narrowly over the crossbar.

Brett Smith posted a shot on goal at the 49:02 mark, but he was turned away by the keeper. Andre Simmond's attempt posted an attempt that was nearly perfect in the 73^rd minute, but the shot hit the crossbar. Thomas Kretschmar's shot was blocked late in the contest, which kept the visitors off the board.

For the match, USC Aiken was outshot 19-5, including a 6-1 margin on goal.

Leonardo Targia played all 90 minutes between the pipes and stopped a pair of shots.
