AIKEN, S.C. - The University of South Carolina Aiken women's soccer team posted a 2-1 victory over Clayton State on Senior Day Saturday afternoon.
The Pacers are now 4-11 on the season and 2-7 in league play.

Hilary George's team jumped on the board in the 28th minute of action. After a hand ball in the box,
Catherine McHale fired home the penalty kick in the upper left portion of the frame for a 1-0 edge.
USC Aiken increased its margin to 2-0 in the 42nd minute of play. The Pacers earned a corner kick and
Sarah Drury connected with
Amanda Raleigh for a goal.
The visitors pulled within one in the 68th minute on an attempt from 10 yards out.
USC Aiken turned away several chances in the waning moments, keeping the Lakers from tying the match.
Karin Cadwalader had several key stops while the defense managed to keep the visitors at bay.
For the match, CSU held a 13-9 advantage in shots on goal, including a 7-6 margin on goal.
Between the pipes, Cadwalader played all 90 minutes and stopped six shots.
The Pacers return to action Monday when they play at South Carolina State starting at 7 p.m.
