COLUMBUS, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken cheerleading and dance teams earned second-place finishes at the Peach Belt Conference Championships Saturday morning.

The cheerleading team put forth an exhibition a season ago at the championships, but competed this season. The squad performed extremely well, taking home the second-place finish.

The dance team won the PBC Championship a season ago and once again put forth a stellar show. USC Aiken snagged the runner-up spot with the strong performance at the event.

Both teams return to action March 18 when they compete at CANAM.
