AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken baseball team is No. 12 in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association national rankings, as announced Tuesday afternoon.
The Pacers are 11-3 on the season, including a 7-2 effort against Peach Belt Conference foes. Head coach Kenny Thomas' team tallied 206 points, narrowly trailing Columbus State for 11th with 226 points.
USC Aiken is second to only the Cougars in the NCBWA regional rankings.
