AUGUSTA, Ga. – The University of South Carolina Aiken women's cross country team recently competed at the Lion-Jaguar Invitational hosted by Paine College.
Head coach Kara Kreutzer's cross country team competes in two spring track meets in order to gauge where they are against area teams.
In the 1,500m, newcomer Amanda Bruneio posted a ninth-place finish with a time of 6:19.42. Senior Brittany May registered a time of 6:30.57, finishing in 12th place for the event.
Senior Kayla Millholland notched a 10th-place finish in the 800m after crossing the line in 2:46.83.
The 4x400m relay team earned a fifth-place finish at the meet.
USC Aiken will compete in one more track meet this season.
