The USC Aiken dance team earned the Peach Belt Conference Championship and the CANAM Championship during the spring portion of the 2014-15 season.

The University of South Carolina Aiken dance team bested Lander on March 7 to win the Peach Belt Conference dance team competition Saturday morning.

Their routine was a variety dance that included jazz, hip hop and Pom styles. It was choreographed by Katie Noel.

The championship marked the first conference title for the team since 2011.  

The competition marked the final conference championship for seniors Stephanie Harper and Celeste Workman. 

On March 20, the USC Aiken dance team competed in three categories Friday at the 2015 Cheer LTD Nationals at CANAM, claiming one championship.

The squad performed its dynamic variety routine that recently captured the Peach Belt Conference Championship and won the category.

The Pacers also were the first runner-up in the hip-hop division and third runner-up in the jazz routine.

The 14-person team is comprised of two seniors (Stephanie Harper, Celeste Workman), two juniors, two sophomores and eight freshmen.
