Prior to each game throughout the 2013-14 USC Aiken men's basketball season, the sports information office will produce game notes.
Below is a link to the latest set of notes, which covers the NCAA Elite Eight game against Chico State Wednesday at 9:30 p.m., EST.
The contest against the Wildcats is the fourth and final quarterfinal of the day. The winner will take on either defending NCAA Champion Drury or West Liberty in the national semifinal game Thursday at 9:30 p.m., EST. The NCAA Division II National Championship is slated for Saturday at 3 p.m., EST.

The Pacers clinched their second straight Elite Eight berth with an 11-point victory over Montevallo in the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship March 18. Chico State rallied from 13 points down in the final 2:34 to beat Cal State Stanislaus for the West Region Championship. The Wildcats are making their first-ever appearance in the Elite Eight.

2014 marks the 58th year of the NCAA Division II Men's Basketball "Elite Eight" Championship.
The "Elite Eight" started in March 1957 at Evansville's Roberts Stadium as the NCAA College Division Championship.
The city of Evansville has hosted this championship for 21 years from 1957 to 1976, 2002 and this year 2014.
