AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South Carolina Aiken men's tennis team is ranked in the initial 2014-15 poll, as released by ITATennis.com.

The Pacers, coming off an 11-10 season, advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament a year ago. The team is 10^th in the Southeast Region and came in at No. 31 in the national poll.

Head coach Steve Dahm returns five student-athletes from a season ago and brought in a strong class of newcomers.

USC Aiken opens its season Feb. 5 at Georgia Gwinnett. The match is slated to begin at 2:30 p .m.
