AIKEN, S.C. – The University of South
Carolina Aiken is pleased to announce that admission to the
men's basketball game at South Carolina is free.
The Pacers head to Columbia, S.C., to take on the Gamecocks Nov. 3
at 2 p.m. in the Colonial Center. It marks the second exhibition
game for USC Aiken.
The Pacers open their 2013-14 season with an exhibition game at
Mississippi Nov. 1 at 7 p.m. EST.
Head coach Vince Alexander's team is coming off its
first-ever appearance in the Elite Eight a season ago. The squad
won the Peach Belt Conference regular season, tournament
championship and the Southeast Regional en route to the Elite
Eight.
The Pacers open the 2013-14 regular season Nov. 7 at Mayaguez,
Puerto Rico against P.R.-Mayaguez in the first of three games for
the team at the 2013 Mayaguez Basketball Classic. Tip-off is slated
for 8 p.m.
