Aiken golfer Stéphane Boudreau finished the 2011 RBC
Dominion Securities New Brunswick Amateur in a tie for second
place.
The event was held at the par 72, 6,616-yard Royal Oaks Golf
Club, which is Boudreau's home course. The New Brunswick
Amateur Championship was contested July 9-12.
Boudreau finished the four rounds of play in the event with a
total cumulative score of 284 (69-74-69-72). The total tied him
with two others, forcing a nine-hole playoff.
Mathieu Gingras eventually won the 2011 RCB Dominion Securities
New Brunswick Amateur Championship on the ninth playoff hole.
Boudreau played in just eight rounds for the Pacers in his
freshman campaign in the 2010-11 season, finishing his year with a
stroke average of 76.0. Boudreau's best finish of the year
came at the Seventh Annual Kiawah Island Invitational where he
finished tied for 13th.
