2011 Peach Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championship Bracket

AUGUSTA, Ga. – Currently ranked 30th nationally, the Peach Belt Conference eighth-seeded University of South Carolina Aiken men's tennis team will face off against national No. 2 and PBC No. 1 Armstrong Atlantic State in the quarterfinals of the 20th Annual Peach Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championship.
The 2011 Peach Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championship will be contested Friday, April 15-Sunday, April 17 at the Newman Tennis Center in Augusta, Ga.
The Pacers and Pirates are scheduled to open the championship with a 12 p.m. match on Friday, April 15.
The winner of the match will advance to the semifinal round where they will square off against the winner of the national No. 13 and PBC No. 4 Columbus State and national No. 14 and PBC No. 5 Francis Marion quarterfinal match. The Saints and Patriots will take the court for their quarterfinal match at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 15.
USC Aiken commences the Peach Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championship with a record of 8-9. The Pacers were 2-7 in PBC action in 2011.
The 2011 Peach Belt Conference regular season champion Pirates are presently 21-0 (9-0 PBC).
USC Aiken and Armstrong Atlantic State played on Feb. 23, 2011 with the Pirates earning a 9-0 win over the Pacers at the USC Aiken Tennis Complex.
