AIKEN, S.C. The threat of inclement weather late Wednesday in
the CSRA has forced a change in USC Aiken's two-game midweek
series with Catawba at Roberto Hernandez Stadium.
The Pacers and Indians will now play the second contest of their
two-game set at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9. The new start time
will also feature a special promotion as the first 200 people
inside the 'Bert on Wednesday will receive a certificate for
six free wings at Beef 'O' Brady's.
The series will still open as scheduled this evening (Tuesday,
March 8) at 6 p.m.
The 17th-ranked Pacers commence the Catawba series with a 13-4 (1-2
PBC) record in 2011. The Pacers have won nine of their last 11
outings.
