AIKEN, S.C. – University of South Carolina Aiken men's soccer player Scott Berry was recently selected to the Capital One Academic NCAA Division II Men's Soccer District Three First-Team.

The Capital One Academic All-America program is presented by CoSIDA.

As a First-Team member, Berry is now eligible for Academic All-America consideration.

A sophomore out of Evans, Ga., Berry played in seven matches for the Pacers in the 2011 season. The Augusta Christian product finished the year with one shot on goal.

In the classroom, Berry is still undeclared, but he currently maintains a perfect 4.00 grade point average.
