AIKEN, S.C. – The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Student-Athlete of the Week is volleyball standout Sadie McKay.

The senior guided the Pacers to a 2-1 week.

A native of Bellville, Texas, McKay led the defense with 14 digs in the victory over Mississippi College. Additionally, she provided an ace.

Against UAH, McKay served up a season-high three aces and had eight digs. She notched a team-best 15 digs to go along with a kill and four assists in the win at Montevallo.

The weekend helped McKay's career-best average of 3.84 digs/set, which ranks her third in the PBC.  

The Hutson-Etherredge Companies and Auto-Owners Insurance USC Aiken Athletic Department Student-Athlete of the Week honors one student-athlete each week from an in-season sport for their hard work and effort.
