Riley Sits Them Down
In the first game of the weekend series at Armstrong State,
Connor Riley turned in a brilliant performance. Riley worked six frames and gave up a mere hit. He struck out 11 batters. However, he did not get a decision in the 9-7 victory.
Bonilla's Big Bat
Tied at 7-7 in the eighth inning,
Jose Bonilla came through with his bat in the ninth stanza. With two on, he blasted a single to left field, scoring
Tyler Ammerman for what turned out to be the game-winning run.
The First Time
In the 9-7 victory over Armstrong State,
Hunter Dollander had a first. He worked the eighth inning and picked up his first win over the season.
Spence Is Spectacular

Goings, Goings Gone!

Extra! Extra!
Sometimes, games are tough to win. That proved to be the case in the series finale at Armstrong State. The Pacers led 9-4 in the ninth inning, but the Pirates battled back to knot it at 9-9. However, USC Aiken plated three runs in the 10
th en route to the 12-9, 10-inning victory.
